Shipping
- Germany: Free shipping on orders over €49. Orders below that are charged a flat shipping fee of €5.90.
- Austria & Switzerland: Free shipping on orders over €99. Orders below that are charged a flat shipping fee of €16.90.
Returns
- Return window: You have 14 days to return your order, no reason required.
- Return shipping: Returns are currently sent by post to our store; we don't yet offer an online return portal. Return shipping costs €5.90.
- Refunds: Once your return arrives, you'll receive your refund to the original payment method within two weeks.
- Exchanges: You're welcome to exchange an item with us, or simply place a new order instead.
