We ship nationwide within Germany – including to Lüneburg and the surrounding area – as well as to Austria and Switzerland. Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €49; for orders below that, we charge a flat rate of €5.90. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to track your shipment at any time. Returns are possible within 14 days. The customer bears the return costs, unless there is an error on our part.
