You can use any of the payment methods listed below to pay for your order. Your security is important to us, which is why we guarantee the secure handling of your data.
PayPal, PayPal Express
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal website. There, you log in with your user credentials to confirm your payment.

Apple Pay
If you use Apple Pay, you can select a credit card of your choice. You will then be prompted to provide your shipping and contact information. You can then confirm your payment with your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Google Pay
If you choose the Google Pay payment method, you can choose between different credit cards and also add new ones. Your payment information is sent to and encrypted by Google Pay. You then need to confirm the purchase by clicking the "Confirm Purchase" button.
Credit Card
Our online shop accepts, among others, credit cards from MasterCard, VISA, and American Express, etc. If you choose one of these credit cards, your credit card information is automatically transmitted to us. After verifying you as the legitimate cardholder, we immediately request your credit card company to initiate the payment process after the order is placed. The payment transaction is processed automatically by the credit card company and your card will be charged.
Sofort Bank Transfer
If you choose Sofort Online Bank Transfer, you will automatically be redirected to the website of our online banking provider. To participate in Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated in order to authenticate yourself and confirm the payment order to us.
Please note that this method can only be chosen for orders from Germany, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Gift Voucher
Another payment method you can use is a gift voucher, which you can purchase in our online shop. After purchasing a voucher, you will receive an order confirmation via email as usual, with all the necessary information about your voucher. Please note that the vouchers can only be redeemed in the Mara Fashion online shop and not in physical stores.
Refunds
Please note that the refund for your return is always issued to the original payment method used. A change to this is not possible.
The refund is processed within 14 working days after the package has arrived back with us, according to the payment method you used when placing the order. Once we have initiated the refund, we will inform you with a confirmation email.
If you paid a flat-rate shipping fee and are keeping other items from the order, the flat-rate shipping fee will not be refunded.
