Orders, Shipping & International Delivery
Do you deliver throughout Germany?
Yes, we deliver throughout Germany. Shipping is free for orders over €49.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location it may take up to 7 business days.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we also ship to Austria and Switzerland. Shipping is free for orders over €99; below that, we charge a flat shipping fee of €16.90.
Why don't you offer free shipping in general?
As a small business, we're currently unable to offer free shipping on every order. However, we do ship for free once you reach the minimum order values mentioned above (€49 within Germany, €99 for Austria/Switzerland).
**Can I track my order?**
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at Info@mara-fashion.de. As long as the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually accommodate changes.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Shop Pay.
Is payment on your site secure?
Yes, all payments are processed via encrypted, secure connections.
Returns & Exchanges
**How do I return an item?**
You can return your order within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Please use our withdrawal form and send the item back to the address stated in our withdrawal policy.
Who covers the cost of returning an item?
We charge a flat return fee of €5.90.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within two weeks of the item arriving back with us, to the same account you used to pay.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are possible. Alternatively, you can return the item and place a new order for the one you want.

How do I find the right size?
Every product page includes a size chart with the relevant measurements to help you choose the right size.
What if an item doesn't fit?
No problem — within the withdrawal period you can return or exchange the item (see "Returns & Exchanges").
Account & Ordering
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can also order as a guest without an account. However, having an account gives you benefits like a faster checkout and access to your order history.

Can I return items ordered online at the store?
Please return items ordered online by post — in-store returns are not available for online orders.
