Delivery within Germany:
Unless otherwise stated by us or when using a voucher, we charge the following shipping costs for your order delivery time and shipping method:
Flat-rate shipping fee: €5.90
Delivery is free for orders of €49 or more.
Delivery to Austria:
Free shipping for orders of €99 or more. Shipping method: DHL.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday with our shipping partner DHL.
We typically prepare your order for shipment within 36 hours. During peak times, such as sale events or holidays, processing times may be longer. After dispatch, DHL usually needs approximately 2–3 working days for final delivery. This means the total order delivery time depends on order placement, order processing, and shipping time. You can check the estimated delivery date and the status of your order at any time using the tracking information.
What happens if you are not at home and cannot accept the package?
If you are not at home and cannot accept the package, the delivery driver will either leave your order with one of your neighbors or deliver the order to the nearest DHL parcel shop. In both cases, you will receive a notification with the relevant information.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us briefly by email. Provided your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can arrange the cancellation. You will receive a refund for any payments already made within 14 days.
If the package is already on its way to you, we can attempt to stop the delivery. If this is no longer possible, the package will be delivered and you can arrange a return. You can find more information on this under the "Returns" section.
How can I change the shipping address?
If you have ordered to an incorrect shipping address, please contact us briefly by email. If your order has not yet been processed, we can take the shipping address change into account and send your package to the correct delivery address.
If your order has already been processed, unfortunately the delivery address can no longer be changed. Your package would then be undeliverable and will be returned to us as a send-back. Once the package has arrived back with us, you will receive a refund within 14 days.
