Revocation Policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of revocation.

A return can be easily created via our returns portal.

 

Right of Revocation (Widerrufsrecht)

 

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Mara-Fashion - Onlineshop, Am Sande 11, 21335 Lüneburg, Germany, E-Mail: info@mara-fashion.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

 

Consequences of Revocation (Folgen des Widerrufs)

 

If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same1 means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have2 returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

 

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

General Notes (Allgemeine Hinweise)

 

  1. Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

  2. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect (unfrei).

  3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.

 

Additional Note on Returns (Zusätzlicher Hinweis zur Rücksendung)

 

For an easy and secure return, we are happy to provide you with our return label. Use is voluntary; you are not obliged to use our label.

  • You can request the label directly via our returns portal, without having to contact us separately beforehand.

  • With our label, your return is insured and trackable. The cost is €5.90 per return and will be automatically offset against your refund if used.

  • You can, of course, also return the goods yourself and at your own expense with a shipping service provider of your choice. The only important thing is that the return is sent in time within the legal revocation period.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Revocation

 

The right of revocation does not apply to Consumers who are not nationals of a member state of the European Union at the time of contract conclusion and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of contract conclusion.
