Return Period

You may return items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags attached as delivered, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we unfortunately can no longer accept returns after this period has expired.

Returns are costly and a major challenge for small businesses. Out of consideration for the environment, we want to create a stronger awareness of conscious consumption. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cover the full return shipping costs for your items.

If you use our return label, €5.90 will be charged to you, and we will cover the rest. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Defective goods or wrong item:

If an item is defective upon delivery or you accidentally received the wrong product, you can, of course, exchange it or return it free of charge.

Please use our returns portal for this and select the appropriate return reason ("Defective" or "Wrong Item").

Please enclose the return slip or a note in the package briefly explaining what the exact problem is—e.g., where the defect is located. Also state whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

This allows us to process your return quickly and correctly. An additional email is not necessary.

Important: You will initially see the €5.90 return shipping costs displayed in the returns portal. As soon as we have received and checked the item, we will, of course, cover the costs if it is genuinely a faulty or wrong item.

Background: Unfortunately, it happens often that the system is misused to avoid return costs—which is why we carefully check every complaint.

If you only return this single item and the reason is legitimate, the return is free of charge for you 🤍

Refund & Processing Time:

We will inform you as soon as we have received and processed your package. You can track yourself using the tracking number to see when and if your return has arrived with us.

The processing and refund of the return can take up to 14 working days after the package has reached us. In most cases, it is faster, but it can vary depending on the workload. Please try to wait until we have processed it. Please do not contact us before this time has elapsed, as we may simply have a lot to do.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method as your original order.

You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed and the refund has been triggered.

Exchange

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exchange one or more articles free of charge for a different size or colour—it is only important that it is the same product.

The exchange itself is free of charge. Should you unexpectedly dislike the exchanged item, the costs for the subsequent return (€5.90), the subsequent shipping (€5.90), and the first return (€5.90) are to be borne by you. This is to prevent our free exchange service from being exploited multiple times or permanently.

How the exchange works:

  • Use our returns portal to create your return label.

  • Simply select the item you wish to exchange there.

  • It is essential to note on the return slip in the package which size or colour you would like instead. The selection in the returns portal alone is not enough.

As soon as your return arrives with us, we check whether the desired exchange item is available. If yes, we will send it to you free of charge.

Costs and Notes:

  • The exchange is free of charge if you are exclusively exchanging items.

  • The €5.90 return shipping costs displayed in the returns portal can be ignored in the case of a pure exchange—they will not be charged in this case.

  • If you additionally return items that you do not wish to exchange, the €5.90 return shipping costs will be charged.

  • Should the desired exchange item not be available upon receipt of your return, you will automatically receive a refund—in this case, the return shipping costs of €4.90 will also apply.

    Important: The exchange only applies to items in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags present. Please avoid misunderstandings.

    Everything else runs automatically via your return label and the note on the return slip. Further contact is not necessary.

Returns from Outside Germany:

We do not provide a return label for returns from outside Germany. Please note that the immediate costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by you.
